Abstract

This concerns a 4-floor residential house, the whole layout of which is planned with cellars. The above-ground part of the object is designed from the brick blocks POROTHERM EKO+, only the lower part of the object is designed as a monolithic construction. The whole building is based on ferro-concrete foundations. The roof construction consists of a double roof with cut roof. This space is not designed as residential. The residential house is primarily designated for young people and families with small children. The ground floor has an accommodation unit for persons with restricted ability of movement, and for this reason barrier-free access into the object was incorporated. In the cellar are only non-residential premises. The layout of the residential flat is in the form of a cross. The subject of this bachelor work is a brief description of the performing of individual technological stages of the lower shell structure of the construction. The objective is the finding of the respective construction supervision of the construction work and its possible testing. The described part is located under the level of the modified terrain of the basement/cellar.
