Hodnocení dosažení strategických cílů v podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést rozbor stávajícího hodnocení dosahování strategických cílů v reálném podniku a vytvořit pro podnik nové způsoby, jak dosažení strategických cílů hodnotit. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních celků. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky týkající se problematiky strategie, cílů a hodnocení dosažení cílů. V rámci této části jsou blíže popsány a diskutovány jednotlivé přístupy k hodnocení dosahování strategických cílů. Druhá část je věnována již samotné implementaci teoretických poznatků v podmínkách konkrétního podniku. Na základě popisu a rozboru vize, poslání, strategických priorit a systému hodnocení cílů v současné praxi podniku je vytvořen návrh hodnocení pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard.

The target of this bachelor’s thesis is to make an analysis of current strategic goal performance review in a real company and to create new possibilities how to evaluate strategic goal performance for this company. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical information considering the issues of strategy, goals, goal performance review. Within this part individual approaches to strategic goal performance review are described and discussed. The other part is devoted to the implementation of theoretical knowledge itself to the conditions of particular company. On the basis of the description and analysis of vision, mission, strategic priorities and goal review system at present practice of the company the proposal of review using the method Balanced Scorecard is created.
