Analýza systému přeplňování motorů 1.9 TDi, 1.9 TDi PD koncernu VW

Abstract

This bachelor’s work deals with analisation boosting system of Volkswagen concern engine 1.9 TDi, 1.9 TDi PD. It focuses on the behavior of the dynamic driving modes. Compares the system control boost pressure for different types of turbochargers. The theoretical part deals with analysis of transducers, sensors and actuators involved in the management of turbocharging. Examines in detail structural design of turbochargers analyzed. The practical part consists of measuring the change in duty cycle and measurement of electromagnetic valve pneumatic control turbocharger. Furthermore, measurement speed, desired and actual boost pressure and throttle position. This measurement we find the data used to further evaluate the properties of individual concepts of boosting.
