Poskytování humanitární pomoci cestou dobrovolných terénních pracovníků

Abstract

Práce se zabývá aktivitami dobrovolných terénních pracovníků při poskytování humanitární pomoci za krizových situací. Cílem zpracovatele je vymezení pojmu dobrovolný terénní pracovník, jeho pracovní pozice a koordinace pomoci v místě krizové situace. Součástí práce je popis systému humanitární pomoci v České republice, prostor je věnován také dobrovolnictví v širším slova smyslu. V závěru jsou navrženy postupy směřující k zefektivnění humanitární pomoci na základě bezprostředního kontaktu terénních pracovníků s obyvateli postiženými mimořádnou událostí. Jsou také uvedeny návrhy dotazníků, jež by byly využívány při monitoringu v terénu (screening).

Theses is about activities of the volunteer street workers during providing humanitarian aid in the crisis situations. The determination of concept of the volunteer street worker, his work position and coordination of help in places of crisis situation is a target of a compiler of this thesis. A part of thesis is description of system humanitarian aid in Czech Republic, part is also about voluntary in a wide sence of word. In fine are proposed progress leading to the streamline humanitarian aid on the basis of immediate contact of the field workers with inhabitants afflicted with crisis situation. A member of this thesis are proposals of the questionary which would be use during screening in the terrain.
