Abstract

The thesis is focused on the issue of wastewater removal from individual households that are not connected to central sewage canalization. The thesis considers relevant legislation issues, provides overview of available technological solutions of wastewater treatment from the smallest sources, and compares their efficiency. It also deals with the issue of different wastewaters types’ separation and reuse. It documents a design process of optimal wastewater removal solution for a concrete construction project where it describes the administrative side, and analyses the possible solutions from the environmental as well as from the economic point of view.
