Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused the selection system and methodology for evaluation of suppliers. In the theoretical part are described the tasks of purchase, the phases of purchase proceedings and the selecting of supplier.The second part describes the system of purchasing in the business and current system of selecting and evalutiating of suppliers.The goal of the thesis is recommendation for a new procedure of evaluation and selection of optimal supplier of the particular material item.
