This bachelor thesis "Problems of employee benefits" deals with employee benefits and their issues in a selected business subject. The theoretical part defines employee benefits and wages from the accounting and tax perspective. The practical part focuses on the difficulties of employee benefits in a selected business subject that does not provide any benefits.
