Abstract
This Diploma thesis primarily deals with evaluation of financial and physical progres of the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness during period 2007-2013. This thesis also describes the basics of Economic and Social Cohesion Policy and drawing system of the support from EU funds. This thesis also deals with Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness and its role in system of Structural Funds´ Programing Documents EU in the Czech Republic. Within the frame of practical part example of project application called “Graduates Education” prepared by author is presented.
