Technické zabezpečení objektů pro ochranu osob ve městě Frýdek-Místek

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the technical securing facilities to protect people in the city Frydek-Mistek. The introductory section describes laws and regulations relating to the protection of buildings, as well as description of the types of protection and physical characteristics of the town of Frydek-Mistek. This work also includes the obligation of municipalities in the emergency response to protect people and the existing security to protect people and property in the town of Frydek-Mistek. The main objective is to analyse the potential threat of emergencies and the results of the analysis is designed to provide material and technical provision against impairment and selected objects for the protection of people and a proposal to improve the technical security of these selected objects.
