Abstract
This Bachelor´s Thesis apply one´s mind to possibilities of waste treatment with composting. Methods of biological waste treatment as i. e. biological drying, spirit fermentation and others are briefly described in Chapter 1. In following chapters of the thesis compost process is described, waste suitable for compost is characterized and compost technologies are explained. This is then followed by description of technical devices for composting. Closing part of the Thesis is dedicated to legislation related to biological waste treatment and Thesis is summarized.
