Geodetická kontrola stavu a posúdenie retenčnej kapacity suchého vodného diela v obci Bolatice

Abstract

This master’s thesis deals with the geodetic survey and assessment of the retention capacity of a dry water structure in the village of Bolatice. The main objective is to analyze the accuracy of the national relief model DMR 5G and update the hydrotechnical parameters of the polder. The methodology is based on measurement using GNSS RTK technology and subsequent statistical comparison with digital models from ČÚZK. The results showed a systematic vertical shift of the DMR 5G model by 0.19 m and confirmed its tendency to smooth morphologically significant terrain edges. Using AutoCAD Civil 3D, the current retention capacity was determined at 61,521 m³, representing a significant decrease compared to historical documentation. The contribution of the work lies in verifying the reliability of elevation data for engineering practice and creating a physical 3D model of the polder using additive manufacturing, which serves to visualize flood conditions and support the village's crisis management.
