Ing. Martina Peřinková, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the creation of the project dokumentation for the implementation of the construction – Retirement home in Opava in the city district Kylešovský kopec. The part of the documentation is an architectral detail of the railing. The basis of the bachelor thesis is a study the subject Ateliérová tvorba under the leadership Ing. arch. Jiří Papoušek and a documentation for the building permit prepared in the subject Ateliérová tvorba Va under the leadership Ing. Hana Ševčíková, Ph.D. It is a four floor building, that is a part of the complex of three buildings in the church area Kongregace dcer Božské lásky. Predominant part of the building are housing units, expect the ground floor, where are a premises for commercial use. To the building belongs a big garden and paved areas with parking. The scope and content of the bachelor thesis is processed according to the conditions of the bachelor thesis assigment.
