Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the existing procedure intervention unit of private security agency when checking of alarm on the object in order to propose an innovative way of intervention. Outset of Bachelor's thesis is focused on professional concepts, followed by a description of the operation dispatcher and intervention unit, tactics intervention and laws, this knowledge is necessary for intervention unit. The practical part deals evaluation obstacles and shortcomings that hinder the effectiveness of the intervention. These shortcomings are addressed in the conclusion the thesis with draft to innovation the intervention by the intervention unit, including its economic assessment.
