Stanovení hodnoty společnosti B2B Europe s.r.o.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním podniku. Cílem práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti B2B Europe s.r.o. na základě vybraných metod oceňování podniku. Dílčím cílem je zhodnocení finanční situace firmy v letech 2011 – 2015, na základě strategické analýzy a metod finanční analýzy. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlení terminologie spjaté s problematikou diplomové práce a konkrétnímu postupu vedoucímu k ocenění podniku. Další kapitola je zaměřena na charakteristiku společnosti. Praktická část zahrnuje aplikaci teoretických poznatků na společnost B2B Europe s.r.o., jejímž výstupem je stanovení hodnoty této firmy.

This thesis deals with the valuation of a business. Its objective is to determine the value of the company B2B Europe LTD, based on selected methods of business valuation. A sub-objective is the evaluation of the financial situation of the company in the years 2011 – 2015, based on the strategic analysis and methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part is devoted to an explanation of the terminology associated with the issue of the presented diploma thesis, and the specific procedure leading to the valuation of a business. The following chapter is focused on the characteristics of B2B Europe LTD. The practical part includes the application of theoretical knowledge to the analyzed company, and the output of this part is its valuation.
