Abstract
The main goal of the master thesis with title "The Situation Analysis of Brose Company in the Czech Republic" is to identify socioeconomic and competitor factors influencing the Brose company, afterwards to evaluate them according to SPACE analysis rules and put the results into the SPACE diagram thereby to give an idea of current situation of the company to the management.
The master thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, specifies methods which might be used to identify factors influencing the company and its way of running. After that there is an introduction of Brose company, which is the subject of the investigation. The second, pragmatic part, is focused on defining the influencing indicators which were subsequently evaluated from a subjective point of view of internal and external employees in frame of the SPACE analysis. The results of both appraisals are averaged.
