Komparace fotbalových klubů z hlediska financování a organizační struktury

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to perform a comparison of two football clubs in terms of financial and organizational structure. The thesis is structured into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction and final chapter conclusion. In the theoretical part defines the basic economic concepts, methods and techniques that were used to obtain information from the two football clubs. In addition, I spent part of the theoretical description of the organizational structure of sports clubs present in the Czech Republic. Conclusion The theoretical part is the potential financial resources that can be used by sports clubs. The practical part is focused on selected football clubs. For each club, I analyzed the organizational structure and description of each job sports club. In addition, there are analyzed the specific financial resources of both divisions. Analyze their income and expenditure through the financial statements and seeks to analyze the problem. In the next chapter, I reviewed the results of my research and tried to propose solutions.
