Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je adaptace objektu v Praze 1, ul. Bolzanova 1679/3 formou objemové studie na centrální lékařský dům. Na základě shromážděných poznatků bude proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu a lokality. Textová a výkresová část diplomové práce respektuje základní požadavky vyhlášky č.503/2006 Sb. na obsah a rozsah dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby. Návrh adaptace byl proveden ve dvou funkčních variantách. První varianta je zpracována v diplomové práci podrobněji a řeší tak i problematiku napojení na technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu a ekonomické zhodnocení.

The subject of the diploma thesis is an adaptation of the building in Prague 1, Bolzano st. 1679/3 by the form of volume study of the central medical home. Based on the collected information will be analyzed the current condition and locality issues. Text and drawing part of the diploma thesis respects the basic requirements of the standard č.503/2006 Coll. the content and scope of the application dossier for a decision on the location of the building. The proposed adjustment has been prepared in two functional variants. In the diploma thesis, the first option is treated in more detail and solves the issues of connection to the technical and transport infrastructure and economic valorization.
