Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing communication analysis of a non-profit organization. The main objective is the analysis of current marketing communication of a non-profit student organization AIESEC Ostrava, that was carried out by quantitative research. In this case, it was research made by questionnaire. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the organization, the theoretical bases of marketing communication and description of data collection within the research process. The practical part describes the analysis of the data, which were acquired by the research. Suggestions and recommendations for the marketing communication of AIESEC Ostrava were formed based on this analysis.
