Komparace obrazových výstupů dentálních radiodiagnostických metod

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce řeší komparaci radiodiagnostických metod užívaných v zubním lékařství. Cílem bylo určit specificitu a senzitivitu jednotlivých zobrazovacích metod. Teoretická část práce nabízí literární rešerši a přehled snímkovacích technik ve stomatologii. V praktické části byla navrhnuta aplikace v prostředí MATLAB pro zobrazení a následnou úpravu snímků. Dále byla řešena specificita a senzitivita u pacientů, u kterých byly pořízeny snímky technikou bitewing a OPG. V závěru práce je uveden přínos výsledků pro stomatologickou praxi.

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of radiodiagnostic methods used in dentistry. The aim was to determine the specificity and sensitivity of individual imaging methods. The theoretical part offers a literature search and an overview of imaging techniques in dentistry. In the practical part, an application in the MATLAB environment was designed for display and subsequent editing of images. Furthermore, specificity and sensitivity were addressed in patients who underwent bitewing and OPG imaging. At the end of the work, the benefit of the results for dental practice is presented.
