Návrh využití bývalého zemědělského areálu v Bohuslavicích

Supervisor: Ing. Martin Ferko, Ph.D. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to propose a new usage of the previous agricultural complex in Bohuslavice, that would focus on an administrative building. The proposal will contain a description of the current and proposed standings of the objects and their area in accordance with the ground plan and the limits of the land use. The offer will be processed in two variations. At the same time, the estimated financial cost of the proposed various solutions will be assessed as well as the necessity for the capacity of the technical infrastructure for the new usage of the site. The project will be completed in a 3D design in regards to the BIM (information modeling of buildings), furthermore, the visualization of the proposed variants will be processed as well.
