Abstract

The aim of presented Master thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new-built guest house (buildings of public facilities) and selecting suitable conception of heating and hot water preparation. The issue of heating in houses is greatly discussed by public nowadays, mainly the emission of pollutants which are produced during improper combustion of fuels. Market offers not only a considerable number of heat sources but also systems of its distribution. At the same the fact that most of the used energy should come from renewable sources is accented. The location proposal for the house placement has been given in my case by family reasons as well as by the presence of central boiler house in given village which serves as a bioenergy centre supplying the village with hot water during rating season. The heating system has been designed as a floor water-heating in combination with heating bodies. Furthermore the work deals with the preparation of hot water via cascade alignment of heat pumps air – water. A container heater serves for the hot water accumulation. In the theoretical part the whole concept of constructional approach to the house as well as the way of its heating is presented. There is also described the way of biomass combustion, some information regarding the bioenergy centre, individual parts of heat system as well as economic study dealing with the usage of other resources for the heating of the house.
