Strategická analýza konkurenčního okolí na trhu s pronájmem lešení v MS kraji

Abstract

This thesis contains the practical implementation of the strategic analysis of competition in the market area with scaffolding in the MS region for the company PERI Ltd. The first part describes the methodology of the thesis, introduction of the PERI Ltd. and theoretical basis for the implementation of the strategic analysis of competitive environment. It describes the different analysis for performance analysis, such as SWOT analysis, BCG, Analysis of competitive advantage, GAP analysis and benchmarking, as well as Porter's competitive analysis. In the main part of this work was carried out strategic analysis of the current status of PERI Ltd. market with scaffolding in the MS region. Used as the main analysis were used in the SWOT analysis and Porter's competitive forces. The results of these analyses together with the prediction of the construction have graduated to the proposal of the development position in the MS market.
