Abstract

The bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive view on the EU Regional policy and using the methods of project management. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out a suitable grant by analysing the grant opportunities and process the proposal for support for a sample project – Realization suburban camps in the Albertovec stud farm through the monitoring system MS2014+. The bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters including introduction and conclusion. The first thematic chapter is devoted to the defining regional policy of the European Union within the Czech Republic. The following chapter describes basic project terminology and methods used in project management. In the empirical chapter, the analysis of subsidy opportunities is elaborated based on the project summary and contains the specific call for proposals. The last thematic chapter includes the proposal for support for a sample project – Realization suburban camps in the Albertovec stud farm through the monitoring system MS2014+.
