Zhodnocení fungování a financování školních inspekcí České republiky a Slovenska

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení vybraných aspektů fungování a financování České školní inspekce (ČŠI) a Štátnej školskej inšpekcie (ŠŠI). První kapitola práce je věnována stručnému vymezení teoretických poznatků vztahujících se ke zkoumané problematice. Druhá kapitola je poté zaměřena na popis výzkumných metod použitých při zpracování diplomové práce a stanovení výzkumných hypotéz. Čtvrtá kapitola je ve své analytické části věnována analýze množství a intenzity inspekční činnosti obou zkoumaných institucí a jejich vzájemnému srovnání, a to i za použití vybraných statistických ukazatelů. V páté kapitole autor provádí zhodnocení financování a personálních kapacit obou zkoumaných institucí. Na základě získaných poznatků, které jsou pro lepší přehlednost v práci prezentovány vedle dílčích závěrů i ve formě grafů a tabulek, autor následně v závěru práce ověřuje hypotézy formulované v úvodu této práce.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate selected aspects of the functioning and financing of the Czech School Inspectorate (ČŠI) and the State School Inspectorate (ŠŠI). The first chapter of the thesis is devoted to a brief definition of theoretical knowledge related to the research issue. The second chapter is then focused on a description of the research methods used in the the diploma thesis and the determination of research hypotheses. The fourth chapter is devoted in its analytical part to the analysis of the quantity and intensity of inspection activities of both institutions and their mutual comparison, also using selected statistical indicators. In the fifth chapter, the author evaluates the financing and personnel capacities of both institutions under study. Based on the knowledge obtained, which is presented in the form of graphs and tables in addition to partial conclusions for better clarity of the thesis, the author subsequently verifies the hypotheses formulated in the introduction of this thesis at the conclusion of the thesis.
