Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on an unsolicited advertising and the analysis of consumers´ approaches to this issue. The aim of the thesis is to provide the readers with a comprehensive overview of legal regulation of unsolicited advertising and further, based on the questionnaire, to find out consumers´ opinions as it comes to unsolicited advertising and their awareness on advertising legal regulation. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical ones.
The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with legal regulation of advertising and its unsolicited form. Further, there are selected types of unsolicited advertising described as well as the means, which the consumer can use to protect himself against the unsolicited advertising.
The practical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of data collected by the questionnaire and subsequent evaluation of its results.
The conclusion involves the summarization of the analysis results and knowledge, which the author of this thesis acquired. Based on the questionnaire´s results evaluation, there were recommendations offered how to increase the awareness on legal regulation of unsolicited advertising among the consumers.
