Abstract
Surplus sludge from sewage disposal plant from industry area UNIPETROL RPA (EO 350000) are frompumped from settlement tank to sludge tank and than by a homogenization tank to operation set of dewatering. Dewatering is producted by help of centrifugal machine. Dewatered sludge is stored at silo, which is udsed as a container for key block of technology-mixer. To the mixer is at advance quantity dosage dewatering sludge and Chezacarb. After mixing of these two components originates powdery, non-sticky and non-dusting black material (with dry bases >30 % depend at mixing advanced quantity), which can be transported by a conveying system of bulk materials. Solidificated sludge is admixed to mills circuits of powder boilers together with lignite (max 1:10). Capacity of technology is fabrication max 375 kg of sludge at one hour (in terms of 100 % dry basis).
