Aplikace profesní sociální sítě LinkedIn ve strojírenské společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací profesní sociální sítě LinkedIn ve společnosti Tawesco s. r. o. Cílem práce je navrhnout způsob, jak zapojit zaměstnance do této sítě. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, jaký je současný postoj zaměstnanců společnosti k této síti a definovat silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby této sítě. Za účelem zjištění současného stavu využívání sítě LinkedIn zaměstnanci ve společnosti byl použit online výzkum, na jehož základě byly stanoveny čtyři kroky implementace. Byla vytvořena prezentace pro zaměstnance zdůrazňující výhody a přínosy této sítě; návod pro pracovníky, jak s touto platformou pracovat a byla navržena strategie pro zlepšení prezentace firemního profilu. Projekt se rovněž věnoval samotné správě realizace celého projektu v rámci které byla využita PERT analýza.

The diploma thesis is dealing with the implementation of the business-oriented social network LinkedIn in the company Tawesco s. r. o. The aim of the thesis is to propose a way how to engage the employees with this social network. Sectional aim is to find out what is the current attitude of the company employees towards this network and to define strong and weak sides, opportunities and threats of this network. To identify the current state of the usage of the LinkedIn network by the company employees, the online research has been used, whereby the four steps of implementation were determined. The presentation for employees has been created, emphasizing the advantages and benefits of this network; manual for employees has been written, advising how to work with this platform, and the strategy for the improvement of the company profile presentation has been designed. The project was also dealing with the management of the implementation of the whole project within which the PERT analysis has been used.
