Objektivní metody vnímavostního hodnocení kvality řeči

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on objective methods of perceptual speech quality assessment. The main point of the theoretical part is to introduce the reader to the issues and to explain the function of the PESQ, ViSQOL, NISQA and POLQA models. The first half of the practical part consists of the description of integrating the selected models into a unified environment. The second half then includes a comparison of the mentioned models on subjectively rated datasets. The statistical analysis is then used to derive outcomes and recommendations on how to employ these models to get the most accurate speech quality assessment. The thesis also aims to find out the correlation rate between the calculated MOS and the subjective MOS. This objective is also fulfilled in the statistical part and is further analysed in the chapter devoted to the evaluation of the results.
