Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to infill the unused area in the existing compact texture of Brno - Veveří neighbourhood with using a block of residential building and a polyfunctional building. The work focuses mainly on high-quality housing near the city center, which is completed by a shops in the groundfloor and administrative floor.
