Abstract
The lead idea of bachelor thesis is designing communication mix of basic school. It’s a basic school J. A. Komenského in Čadca. Objective is focusing on specific elements of current marketing communication, size up effectiveness and deficiencies. Realization of these objectives is based on marketing research. Data for marketing research were obtained by questionnaire. Sample for questionnaire were parents of basic school students, school staff and people, who know school well. This research was focus on kind of communication, accomplishment about internet pages of schol and on schol events. Based on obtained data, there were design final recommendations for better communication mix. These recommendations should help to improve shool communication with her neighborhood, improve image and awareness about school and improve competitiveness towards other school.
