Supervisor of the bachelor's thesis: Ing. Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of the construction according to Decree No. 131-2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The bachelor's thesis includes a text part, within which a cover sheet, a summary technical report, a technical report of the Architectural and Construction Solution, a static assessment of the reinforced concrete ceiling and an appendix from the thermal technical assessment of the roof according to ČSN 730540-2 (2025) are prepared. The basis for the preparation of the bachelor's thesis was the study processed in the subject Project I. and Project II. The designed building is located in the municipality of Odry. The new building is set in a gap between two existing buildings.
