Strategie efektivního hodnocení pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The Diploma thesis “Strategy for Effective Evaluation of Workers in Selected Company“ is aimed at the analysis of the current system of employee evaluation in the selected company, identification of problems and drawbacks of this system and proposing changes to improve it in order to contribute to the increase of employee motivation. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the issue of human resources and the evaluation of them. Within the frame of staff evaluation this part focuses on the importance of employee evaluation, the evaluation process, the most common limitations and errors in the assessment and the definitions of evaluative methods applied. The practical part presents the Kofola Holding company and the employee evaluation system used in it. The analysis of the system of staff evaluation in the company was carried out by means of several methods (interview, questionnaires, BSC method). On the basis of the evaluation of research results and with regard to the theoretical part some steps and arrangements are suggested to improve the existing method of staff evaluation in the company.
