Oceňování podniku

Abstract

Cílem práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty podniku k datu 1. 1. 2011 pomocí výnosových metod. Předpokladem je tzv. “going concern“, nekonečné hospodaření podniku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři základní části – teoretickou, praktickou a návrhy a doporučení pro organizaci. V teoretické části je popsaný metodologický postup. Z patřičné literatury zde budou určeny jednotlivé kroky, důležité pro odpovídající výstup v podobě ocenění daného podniku. Problematika bude vysvětlena v šíři nezbytné pro potřeby implementační (praktické) části. Jsou zde oblasti finanční analýzy, analýzy mikro a makro prostředí, postup při stanovení hodnoty společnosti. Na závěr jsou popsány metody určené k ocenění podniku. V praktické části je obsažen popis podniku, jeho přiblížení. Následuje strategická analýza, finanční analýza, finanční plán a nakonec samotné ocenění podniku pomocí dvou výnosových metod. Poslední část návrhy a doporučení obsahuje postřehy získané z výpočtů a jsou zde navržena opatření k jejich řešení.

The goal of this work is to determine the market value of the company at the date of January 1, 2011 through yield methods. A prerequisite is a "going concern", the endless management company. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, practical and suggestions and recommendation for the organization. The theoretical part describes the methodological approach. Here will be determined the steps from the appropriate literature, which are important for the corresponding output in the form of a valuation of the company. The issue will be explained in the breadth necessary for the purposes of implementation (practical) part. There are areas of financial analysis, analysis of the micro and macro, the procedure for determining the value of the company. In the end are described methods for business valuation. The practical section contains a description of the company, followed by strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and own business valuation using two methods yield. The last section suggestions and recommendations contains observations derived from calculations and there are proposed measures to address them.
