Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of crisis vulnerability in a company operating in the furniture industry. The aim of the thesis is to identify crisis situations that could endanger the investigated company, based on pre-defined analytical methods. The purpose of this is to explore the issues of crisis and provide an overview of possible strategies for managing these. In its final part, the thesis discusses specific crisis situations that the company may face in the course of its activity. It also discusses previously suggested ways of approaching these crisis situations.
