Pyrolýza nízkovroucích alkenů a likvidace zbytků olejů z vysokotlakých čerpadel

Abstract

The work is focused on the description of the individual process steps of pyrolysis plant ethylene unit Unipetrol RPA. Low boiling alkenes are produced here mainly with high-temperature pyrolysis of suitable oil fractions. One of the objectives of the work is to determine the yield of pyrolysis, depending on the type of materials processed, in case that three feedstocks were pursuing: ethane, pyrolysis gasoline and HCVD. Next aim is to focus on the use of lubricating oils for operating equipment , specifically for the pyrolysis-high-pressure pump. The work shows use of these oils after pyrolysis cyclic process, whether it will be recycled and recovered back to the ethylene manufacturing process units or disposed in accordance with applicable waste management standards and laws .
