Abstract

This thesis describes the role and signification of inert-waste landfill Neboranka. The theoretical part presents the definition and characteristics of the territory, including its natural condition. There are also defined and described the basic processes in wetlands. This chapter is followed by a description of the cleaning process in the constructed wetlands, characteristics of influences and consideration of their activity, classification of constructed wetlands and considering their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part deals with the evaluation of water samples and consideration of the suitability of the root system. In the end of the practical part, proposed solution for the locality is elaborated.
