Abstract
Inventory management is one of the most important activity of any manufacturing company. Their management helps reduce costs for acquisition, storage and total financial amount tied in stocks. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to characterize the selected company and the subsequent analysis of its current inventory management system. Based on selected analyzes, company is proposed a recommendations for streamlining the overall inventory management system, with the aim of reducing costs and tied funds to minimum.
