Abstract

The goal of the submitted thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for a newly established company and the possibility of evaluating the economic point of view of a possible plan. The first part is focused on the description of individual basic concepts named with business and on the subsequent description of the creation of a business plan, its structure, content and methods. In the second part of the thesis, based on these theoretical knowledge, the business plan for a specific company in the field of services is elaborated.
