Finanční porovnání variant stropní konstrukce bytového domu v Horní Suché

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je finanční porovnání variant stropní konstrukce bytového domu Maja v obci Horní Suchá. Porovnávány budou stropní konstrukce systému Porotherm s celkovou tloušťkou 250 mm. Pro první variantu řešení stropu byla vybrána stropní konstrukce s nadbetonávkou, jako druhá varianta řešení pak byla zvolena stropní konstrukce bez nadbetonávky. Pro obě varianty bude sestaven položkový rozpočet a řádkový harmonogram a následně budou porovnány, a to z hlediska finančního, časového a dle hmotnosti. Pro stropní konstrukce Porotherm BN bez nadbetonávky bude sepsán technologický postup jejího provádění. Součástí této bakalářské práce je také projektová dokumentace bytového domu pro vydání stavebního povolení, která se skládá z výkresové a textové části.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is financial comparison of variants of ceiling construction of the apartment building Maja in the village of Horní Suchá. I will compare ceiling constructions of the Porotherm system with total thickness of 250 mm. A ceiling construction with floor slab was chosen as the first variant of the solution of ceiling, and a ceiling construction without floor slab was chosen as the second variant of solution. An itemized budget and a line schedule will be compiled for both of the variants, and then they will be compared, namely from the point of view of finance, time, and weight. The technological procedure of implementation of ceiling will be written for the Porotherm BN ceiling construction without floor slab. The bachelor thesis includes also the design documentation of the apartment building for the issue of a building permission. The design documentation consists of a drawing and a textual part.
