Regenerace sídliště v Budišově nad Budišovkou

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá regenerací panelového sídliště v Budišově nad Budišovkou. Byl proveden rozbor stávajícího stavu a byly navrženy změny, které řešené území upravily v oblasti urbanistické a architektonické. Regenerace se zabývá řešením dopravní a technické infrastruktury, zeleně, vytvoření odpočinkových ploch a doplnění sídliště vhodným mobiliářem. Důraz byl kladen na vytvoření parkovacích ploch v tomto území. Návrh respektuje podmínky dotačního titulu nařízení vlády č. 494/2000 Sb., v platném znění. [6]

This thesis deals with regeneration of housing estate in the city Budišov nad Budišovkou. At the basis of an analysis of the current situation of housing estate have been designed changes, which altered the studied territory in the question of urban and architectural. The regeneration of housing estate deals with solving of traffic and technical infrastructure, greenness, relaxing areas and with replenishing of suitable street furniture. The emphasis was given to creating of parking places in this area. The proposal respects the conditions of subsidy title of Government Regulation No. 494/2000 Coll., As amended. [6]
