Abstract

This thesis deals with the control of nonconforming products. The first part focused on the theoretical background. In the practical part, a machine-building company is introduced as the subject of the thesis. An analysis of the current state is made, proposals to improve the overall system of control of nonconforming products are put forward and then a number of recommendations are defined.
