Územní studie využití místní části Holkovice v obci Stonava

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout využití území ve vymezené lokalitě v obci Stonava -„Holkovice“ v rozsahu územní studie. Práce obsahuje návrh řešení výstavby různých typů rodinných domů a občanské vybavenosti. Dále také řešení technické a dopravní infrastruktury, řešení odpadového hospodářství, úpravy zeleně a návrh rozmístění mobiliáře. V úvodu se práce zabývá stručnou rekapitulací teoretických východisek a základních poznatků o vymezeném území. Při návrhu této územní studie jsem vycházel ze zjištěných skutečností o daném území. Studie je vypracována v rozsahu 55 stran. Návrh je koncipován ve dvou variantách, kdy obě varianty respektují existenci stávajícího kostela s přilehlým hřbitovem a vedením sítí vysokého napětí. Varianty splňují požadavky územního plánu a řešenou lokalitu řeší jako zástavbu individuálního bydlení. V obou variantách jsou navrženy klidové zóny s integrovaným dětským hřištěm a zóny sportu. Tyto zóny budou sloužit obyvatelům nově navržené zástavby, tak i žákům přilehlé základní školy a širokému okolí.

The main point of this diploma thesis is a proposal of utilization of the area Stonava – „Holkovice“ in the range of territorial plan. In this diploma thesis there is describe a proposal solution of the construction of the different types of family houses. There is also the proposal of technical and transport infrastructure, solution of waste management, regulation of landscape and placement of furniture. In the beginning of this diploma thesis is a brief recapitulation of theoretical solutions and basic knowledge about defined territory. In the proposal of this study I came from the founded reality about the territory. The study consists from 55 pages. The proposal is drawn up in two variants. Both of them respect the existing church with contiguous cemetery and conducting of high voltage. The variants answer the requirements of territorial plan and the locality is solid as a build-up area for individual living. In both variants are proposed calm zones with playground for children and sport zones. These zones will be served for inhabitants of this area, for inhabitant from surrounding and for children from near school.
