Abstract

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is the fire protection training for managers in the building industry in response to valid regulations. There are described duties of managers on building sites, their work environment and hazards related to the selected work activities in this document. An important point of the training is the use of fire safety equipment and fire safety equipment as one of the possibilities of meeting the requirements for fire safety of buildings. Developed short questionnaire to test the knowledge of senior employees in fire protection serves as a basis for creating a thematic training plan. The part of the document is a brief overview of the most common forms of training suitable for use in building industry with explaining the principle of the acquisition of knowledge as a basis for effective education. In conclusion of this document is designed thematic plan including detailed timetable of training for managers in building industry.
