Abstract
Not only in times of the economic crisis it is appropriate to check the withdrawal of money from public budget. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of tenders in construction. It examines the effectiveness of the act in question in relation to public finances and from the regularity point of view. The thesis also focuses on main players.
