Preventivnost a systém údržby provozu dopravních válečků a bubnů

Abstract

The regular maintenance of machinery equipment is necessary part of its operation; it helps to minimize the failure rate, allows repair planning and increases the effectiveness of overall maintenance. The important factors, which influence the reliability and effectiveness of the long distance conveyor belt transportation in Northern Bohemia Brown Coal Mining District are drums and conveyor rollers.

There are high requirements for lifetime and operational reliability of the conveyor rollers and drums. Ensuring of their operational reliability is key question in mining operations. As part of the Bachelor’s work task, following topics were processed: - Research and analysis of above mentioned problematic in relation to the mining - Ideological and technical proposal for optimized implementation and solution of operation maintenance system - Proposal for use of the operational diagnostics, including implementation process for subjects given in this Bachelor’s work - Realization and evaluation of the diagnostic measurements
