Analýza a zlepšení procesu řízení rizik ve výrobním podniku.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem managementu rizik. Jejím hlavním cílem je analýza současného stavu a návrh zlepšení dle normativní základny. Teoretická část této práce se zaměřuje na definování pojmu riziko a management rizik. Dále v práci jsou popsány normativní základy pro řízení rizik, a to v podobě normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 a normy ČSN ISO 31000:2018. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou popsány vhodné metody pro posuzování rizik. Praktická část začíná charakteristikou vybraného podniku pro analýzu. Hlavní částí je analýza současného stavu procesu managementu rizik a jeho návrh zlepšení s popisem jednotlivých částí.

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of risk management. The main goal is an analysis of the current state and a proposal of improvement according to the normative basis. The theoretical part of this work focuses on defining the concept of risk and risk management. Furthermore, the work describes the normative basis for risk management in the form of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 and the standard ČSN ISO 31000:2018. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes suitable methods for risk assessment. The practical part begins with a description of the selected company for the analysis. The main part is the analysis of the current state of risk management process and its proposal for improvement with a description of individual parts.
