Abstract
This thesis examines logistical study of production of steel construction. The objective is to analyze a realization of order in the company Flash Steel Power a.s. and to identify bottlenecks in the process. The primary aim of the thesis is to propose an improvement of logistic processes and elimination of bottlenecks followed by examination of proposed recommendations.
