Abstract

The subject of the thesis is creating of effective advertising campaign for the Centre of Aesthetic Medicine, located in Orlová and founded in 2011. The marketing campaing aims to reinforce the company image and to obtain new customers. The theoretical part deals with the particular tools of marketing communication and their use in the advertising campaing planning. It also deals with the characteristics of the company. The practical part consists of methodology and analysis of the marketing research results which deals especially with current customers satisfaction and determining of the informational sources they learned about the company from. Based on these results the design of the advertisisng campaign was created.
