Podnikatelský plán na založení společnosti s. r. o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podrobné zpracování podnikatelského plánu společnosti s ručením omezeným. Zmíněná společnost bude poskytovat služby počítačové herny a zároveň i prostor pro hráče stolních her. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy ohledně podnikání, členění spojená se založením společnosti a v neposlední řadě popis a struktura ke zpracování samotného podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části jsou aplikovány analýzy prostředí a také marketingový a finanční plán. Na závěr jsou zhodnocena nalezená rizika. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli je založení společnosti realizovatelné, a i do budoucna udržitelné.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the detailed elaboration of the business plan of a limited liability company. The company will provide computer gaming services as well as a space for board game players. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic terms regarding the business, subdivisions associated with the establishment of the company and last but not least the description and structure to the elaboration of the business plan itself. In the practical part, the environmental analysis as well as the marketing and financial plan are applied. Lastly, the risks found are evaluated. The aim of the thesis is to find out if the establishment of the company is realizable and even sustainable in the future.
