Bezpečnost informačního systému Celní správy

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá bezpečností informačního systému Celní správy České republiky, jeho analýzou rizik, s cílem navrhnout, otestovat a zrealizovat možná řešení pro zvýšení bezpečnosti přístupu k informačnímu systému prostřednictvím paměťových zařízení připojovaných pomocí portů USB. Právě při připojování takovýchto zařízení, může docházet k možným bezpečnostním incidentům, a tedy ohrožení integrity, důvěryhodnosti a dostupnosti dat a služeb Informačního systému Celní správy. Tento problém doposud nebyl řešen. Práce obsahuje několik chronologicky seřazených variant možných řešení včetně popisu jejich nastavení, způsobu testování a možností použití. Samostatná kapitola je věnována dosaženým výsledkům při testování a shrnutí poznatků s testovacím provozem nejlepšího řešení pomocí nástroje BitLocker, včetně důvodů, proč toto řešení zvítězilo.

This thesis deals with the security of the Czech Customs Administration's information system, its risk analysis, with aim to design, test and implement possible solutions to increase the security of access to the information system via USB storage devices. Just when connecting such devices, potential security incidents can occur, and thus threaten the integrity, trustworthiness and availability of Customs Information System data and services. This problem has not been solved yet. The thesis contains several chronologically arranged variants of possible solutions, including a description of their settings, testing methods and possibilities of use. A special chapter is dedicated to the results achieved in testing and summarizing the winning solution using BitLocker tool, including reasons why this solution has won.
